JBL PRONOVO NEON GRANO

Quality is the top priority for a healthy diet of aquarium inhabitants. JBL PRONOVO NEON GRANO is a sinking fish food that contains the highest quality ingredients such as salmon, shrimp, spirulina and insects. This leads to high acceptance and good digestibility. Thanks to JBL PRONOVO NEON GRANO, neon and other small salmlers get a mule-sized granulate, whose composition is precisely adapted to the needs of the fish, including insects. In their natural habitats in South America, the neon live in very low-nutrient blackwater biotopes and rely on small, mouth-friendly plankton.

The biological species concept for ornamental fish

In addition to a main feed for social aquariums, the Pronovo species concept is available to your fish. Within this, you can supplement specific food suitable for fish species or choose instead of the main food. It is no problem if one species of fish eats food of the other. It is important that you offer the right food for each group. Variety is always positive!

The right food size

An important aspect of proper feeding is the size of the mouth. Especially small species of fish must get the food happen in their mouth, as they cannot bite properly. If you are between two feed sizes, always choose the smaller one. Predatory species are better clear with larger chunks of feed, as their food spectrum also contains „too large“ chunks of food.

High-quality raw materials

No cheap fish meal is processed during production. JBL also uses only fish meat that remains during fillet production. So no fish need to be caught for food production. The optimal, balanced feed mixtures made from high-quality ingredients are created by the results of JBL research expeditions and the knowledge of the JBL research and development team.

Flakes or granules?

There are few arguments for or against the type of food. However, if you use a feeder, you must choose granulate food, as almost all feeders are only suitable for granules. If a feeder is due for the next holiday, you should get your fish used to the granules from the machine in time. Some fish are difficult to change from granules to flake or vice versa.
